Swimming in the indoor heated pool. EMMA was so above average and excellent in providing great customer service and information, She is such a valuable asset to your company. Her cheeriness and attitude was heart-warming when I talked to her on the phone before my reservation and when she went out of her way to help me in person.

Breakfast hours too short 7-9 AM. Should run till 11. The pool floor was rough and needs refinishing.

Staff was friendly. The coffee was good.

We spent over $500 to stay one night in this hotel talk about price gouging it was a joke. There was mold coming out of the air conditioner. The sink didn’t drained. The breakfast was not edible, unless you wanted a waffle
