Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Teams, egal ob Room Service, Team in den Restaurants oder die Gärtner in der Anlage Die Lage mitten im Dschungel Ausstattung der Villa/Einrichtung Durchdachte Kleinigkeiten wie Regenschirm im Zimmer/überall in den Restaurants etc Bemühungen, Moskitos und Sandfliegen fern zu halten, Aufstellen von Räucherspiralen jeden Abend, kostenloses Bereitstellen von Anti-Mücken-Mittel Tierwelt, die einem überall begegnet, Affen/Warane/Hornbills/Vipern (ja, man befindet sich mitten im Dschungel) Strand/Poolbereich "Postkartenidylle" Weitläufigkeit der Anlage

Für den angeschwemmten Plastikmüll kann das Hotel nichts, das ist leider ein menschengemachtes Problem, das allerdings jeden Morgen erschreckend ist... - es werden gleich in der Früh und tagsüber nochmal Leute über den Strand geschickt, damit der Müll weggeräumt wird und dem teils verwöhnten Resortbesucher (ja, ich bin auch ein Besucher, das ist mir völlig klar) am Besten nichts die Sicht auf die heile Welt verhagelt... Leider sitzt man auch irgendwie "fest", im Preis inkludiert sind Bootsfahrt hin und zurück, sollte man unternehmungslustig sein und weg von der Insel wollen, muss man sehr hochpreisig ein Boot chartern oder einen Ausflug/Tauchgang vom Hotel buchen. Natürlich möchte man, dass die Leute in der Anlage essen und trinken und nicht nach KK fahren, um dort für ein Fünftel des Preises zu Abend oder Mittag essen...

very helpful staff, delicious and professionally prepared food, the most important thing is that everyone tries to help the vacationers

the only drawback, the beach should be cleaned more intensively, 1-2 times a day
