Parking, valet was great. Entrance, calm but wild.. Check-in simple and quick. Sweet price for tower room. Room big, clean... beautiful. Staff for event was incredible! Very attentive, friendly, informative, and professional. Will definitely stay here again!

Overall Great place as always….but Housekeeping was banging on the door at 11am saying I was going to be charged a fee even though I got a late checkout. I was already pretty much ready to leave so I just left but not the best feeling after all I spent there in the casino. Bummer to end on a low note.

"Does not respect disabled vets"

I am a disabled vet and slow at moving. When I was told that check out was at 11:AM, I informed the clerk that I needed a bit longer to get ready and asked if they could extend the check out to 12, her respond was no unless I was willing to pay an extra fee for staying late. I think that this is a disrespect to disabled vets individuals. Shame on the casino's administration

Enjoyed our one night during the dust & thunder & lightning storm. We are truckers & we love to stay at Gila River if a delivery takes us past Gila River.
