This property as well as the surrounding neighborhood is obviously in transition. They appear to be working on upgrading the property. The room we had was comfortable and adequate our needs.. Couple of things: Seemed that everyday our room key needed to be reprogrammed (saying that my phone was somehow responsible for that was both confusing and a lie). We arrived on an early flight and the front desk was adamant about a 3pm check in although the motel didn’t seem to be fully booked

Tv was broke, the entire building smelled like smoke that had soaked into the carpet and walls. Very run down facility compared to what I’m use to. I left 20 minutes after arrival and went to another hotel.
Such nice rooms! Does smell a little like cigarettes around the property but for the price the rooms are soooooo nice!
This well run hotel is an excellent bargain. My room was clean and safe.
Was a nice place with a great restaurant right around the corner. Would stay again.
