Room was updated and cool in hot! weather. Perfect location for flights at OHare. Will be return customer.
The stay was good and the location was very good
That OK
The only thing that saved this place is that it was mostly clean. Everything in the room was broken or falling apart. No batteries in the tv remote, and no battery cover. Pillows were like rocks, the furniture looked like it had been salvaged from a junk yard, and the curtains were rotting off the rods. I didn't have time to get photos.
This place was disgusting. There was hair all over the shower wall and dirt all over the bathroom. It’s like the room was never cleaned.
Comfortable stay
I'll admit, driving into the area I was initially concerned. But it turns out that my concerns were not warranted. The staff was nice and friendly (even when I had to come back and get my key card reissued in the middle of the night). The room was in good shape and clean. They were undergoing renovations at this time (currently replacing all the windows throughout the entire property). So they are making improvements one project at a time, I guess, but they are trying and I give them credit for that.
I had a very weird experience here. The front desk boy gave me a swipe key for a room on the first floor. I tried to swipe it and it didn’t work. I came to front desk and they changed the key and asked me to try again. It didn’t work that time. I came to front desk again and this time the boy came to the room with me. He tried the master card. I felt something was odd. After knocking the door a few times, a lady came out and looks pretty annoyed. I mean I would be super annoyed if someone disturbes me at 9pm, that too just opening the door with a key. How come they could give me a room that already has a boarder inside? We came to front desk again and at this time he told me they ran out of all double bed rooms and gave me king bed room. The TV was not operative and the furniture was broken in the room. The room sees like a junk storage room. A horrible experience.
It was a quick stop , close to the airport before an early flight the next day. It was conveniently located No frills But clean & safe & $56 made it the perfect quick stay. The beds were fine, pillows cheap. But again we were there for only about 12 hours to catch a morning flight so it was great.
