Dear Borgo Egnazia Team, I would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful stay. Everything was simply excellent! I would especially like to highlight the Kids Club – it was thoughtfully organized and very well managed. The bed linen was exceptionally comfortable and ensured a perfect night’s sleep. The overall service was outstanding, always attentive and friendly. A special highlight was the turn-down service in the evening – so carefully done and with great attention to detail. The calm atmosphere and the beautiful ambiance of the entire hotel made our stay truly unforgettable. Thank you for this special experience – we would be very happy to return! Kind regards,

Fenomenal facilities with great garden. The staff was super nice, friendy, always ready to give some directions and recommentations. Breakfast was excellent.

The Italian restaurant within the property charged 34 and 20 eur per glass of wine. It was a local wine. No explanation abot the wine was given to us. The purchasing price for this botlle was 15 eur for 0,75l online. It was a real ripoff. The wine list was not on the table. The waitress was quickly showing us the selection of the wines on i-pad and the one could easily miss the prices showed. Overall this was the only negative experience in this resort.
