Hotel Arcada

The hotel is ok for the fee and it’s no too far from the downtown, however they need few adjustments for the clients, the restaurant were unavailable and near is just the oxxo, something inside the hotel would be fine

Malo por qué la alberca que fue por el motivo que me decidí por este hotel estaba vacía y no me avisaron hasta que ya había pagado creo que por 1380 pesos no vale nada la pena

El hotel necesita una remodelación, con muy poco podría estar lleno todos los dias

Un hotel razonablemente bueno con falta de mantenimiento

Todo muy bien!

Mal mal mal desde que llegamos, nos asignaron una habitación sin canales de tv, sin acceso a wifi, sin servicio de teléfono, sin calefacción en la alberca, sin servicio de restaurant. Y los cambiaron de habitación pero con las mismas condiciones, Eso quiere decir, que todo el hotel estaba mal. Clientes quejándose. Y aún la factura no me la mandan.

Beautiful hotel with a nice pool and just far enough from San Miguel’s centro. There’s an Oxxo across the street for convenience and various food stands a few steps away. Only bad thing was that they advertised “high speed” WiFi. Turned out it’s subject to the lobby, not to the rooms. Bummer but oh well. Parking is free, but kind of a hassle to get out the car to tell the front desk to open the garage and stop by the desk when leaving. Other than that, room was very clean and hotel offers a spa with 10% off discount for services when you’re a hotel guest.

Muy lindo, horarios de amenidades muy mal, a las 8 pm no puedes usar el billar. Si sales a conocer, de regreso quieres hacer algo en el hotel y no se puede. El baño no olía a limpio al llegar. Sábanas y toallas si limpias

Es un hotel muy acogedor, tranquilo, seguro. El servicio es muy bueno y está realmente cerca del centro.

LUGAR COLONIAL, POCA PRIVACIDAD Y UBICADO EN UN LUGAR NO MUY CENTRICO. LIMPIO EN GENERAL.
