Hampton Inn & Suites Denver/Highlands Ranch

Good location. The night reception associate, James, was exceptional. He was efficient, friendly, offered great recommendations and was by far one of the best hotel staff we have encountered.

For Hampton Inn standards the breakfast fell short of expectations. The counters in the breakfast area were dirty. There was a noticeable lack of staff in the dining room/ breakfast area. The food in the "hot" chaffing dish ( eggs, potatos and sausage links) were cold. We chose to skip breakfast the second morning. The room was clean and comfortable but, for only staying two nights we ran out of body wash in the shower.

Breakfast was fine but it didn't vary much from day to day.

Hash browns would have been nice. The beds are too hard, there isn't enough padding on them so we bought one from Target to use. The doorstop in the bathroom was falling off the wall. Our tv remote died so we got a replacement from the front desk but that didn't work so we called down to the front desk and an employee came to our room to help get a different one working.

Availability on short notice and friendly staff. Pool and hot tub were great!

I needed another night and they accommodated me last minute and I didn’t have to change rooms even though they were booked. The property was clean. The pool area was nice and towels were stocked. I needed extra towels and conditioner and it was delivered quickly. The staff was great and very friendly! The breakfast was excellent with a nice variety and mixed options daily. I will be back to this location. I am super satisfied with my stay.

Everything Top notch

The pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was good and very filling. Beds were comfortable and the linens were soft. Loved that there were plenty of pillows.

Was not aware that there would be renovations during our stay. This was very disruptive and we had to check out early. I am still giving the hotel 5 stars because the staff was very helpful and accommodating. I wish I would have been notified prior to our stay, but we will come back when the renovations are over because the hotel is just what we were looking for.
