It was central and within walking distance of most everything

The outside was messy with trash and leaky water. The inside smelled like mildew, the coffee maker fell apart immediately, microwave was dirty inside and when I heated water it made the room reek of old foo and burnt popcorn. There were a ton of ants on the floor by the bed the first morning I woke up. And the fridge froze everything, including my fishing worms.

The location was good.

The room was not cleaned, the only thing was the bed was made. There was a pile of hair and crumbs someone tried to sweep up and never picked up, brown stains in toilet that went away after being flushed a few times, some green paste on the floor, and hair in the sink. Tv was broken.
