L'hôtel a purement et simplement annulé notre réservation sans nous prévenir sous prétexte que nous n'avions pas repondu à un msg alors que nous les avions contacté par téléphone quelques jours avant pour annoncer notre arrivée tardive et avoir des précisions sur ce msg nous demandant notre n°de CB. Il nous a été répondu de ne pas tenir compte du msg ... cette pratique est scandaleuse, nous nous sommes retrouvés à 22h à 500km de chez nous sans hôtel (tout était complet alentours). Nous garderons un souvenir cuisant de l hôtel Ibis de St Dizier!!!
