The attention to detail! The cool , fragrant & friendly atmosphere is extremely inviting the moment one enters this wonderful, luxurious hotel. The friendly staff is very welcoming and inviting - that is evident from the doorman , cleaning ladies, waiters to the very senior of the employees. The food is scrumptious and presented beautifully and the afternoon tea table is as pretty as a picture. The rooms are speedily cleaned when the visitors are having breakfast. We have been to this hotel many times , but this time was even better than before!

The formal restaurant should be a top class fine dining experience. Although we did not dined there , we tried it more than once previously, and it was such that we decided to avoid it. As we pass by , it is mostly half full , or less - sadly , as this is a missed opportunity. If the food was exquisite, the diners are on their doorstep and the restaurant will be in high demand. For many years it seems as if the hotel is unable to utilise this opportunity.

Very beautiful & well managed.

The food isn’t as fresh as I expected. The curries for the buffet are obviously reheated. We had it for lunch once & some of it was stone cold. Some of the breakfast fruit tasted stale & the smoked salmon wasn’t right on one of the days.

The oyster box Is a tasteful resort with more to offer than you can probably experience. Amazing experience. Staff such as Yamekela, Justin, and Vimseh went the extra mile to make our stay that much better. The food is incredible and the facilities are fab. The only reason i gave it 4.8/5 instead of 5/5 is because there were many ants in my room but apparently this wasnt common in all rooms.
