Shawna was great!
Area was perfect. Had couple issues that was later resolve promptly by the hotel attendee. Great for families with kids!
The location and overall is great. The only negative is the beds and pillows are horrible. Bring an air mattress or topper and your own pillows. The walls are a bit thin, if you have a noisy neighbor, you'll know it.
The condo was very clean and ready when we got there. We were even able to get into the condo early. Shauna was very pleasant and helpful. All the amenities were readily available when we wanted them and the walk to the beach was very short
Pro: Excellent Room. Beach is close to the resort. Plenty of restaurants. Pools are great Cons: No smart TVs on the room.

The property was very nice. A very short walk to the beach. Everyone that worked there is very nice.
We were super disappointed in this property management and office staff. Upon arriving, the front desk associate, Shauna, seemed brief and little rude when we asked for 2 more beach towels (for our family of 4) but we were so excited about our stay to celebrate my son's birthday, that we just chucked it off. We have stayed here before, but this time the room had barely any necessities. No extra sheets or pillow cases in the room for the sofa bed, where my son slept, no soap to bathe, only 1 roll of toilet paper. No extra towels. We called the after hours housekeeping phone number at 8:30 pm, and they never arrived with the items. We placed some towels on the sofa bed for my son to sleep on. Next morning my husband went to the office to complain and Shauna said she never got the message. Horrible communication. She apologized profusely upon check out, gave us her card and said to contact her directly if/when we ever came back and she would assist us in any way. When we returned home, we realized that we had accidentally left my babies nursing pillow in the room. We called, and Shauna said we would have to pay to have it shipped to us. After such horrible service, WE have to pay to have it shipped to us? I have left items in previous hotels and they send it to us as a courtesy. She knew we had a horrible experience there this time around, the least she could do is ship it to us as a courtesy. We will not be booking with them again.
It was one of the most relaxing And tranquil getaways I’ve ever had. Everyone was courteous and professional.
Good experience. The bad part couple of insects invthe bathroom should not have ocurred. Cleanliness should improve.
