Very clean! Super nice room, grill area, and pool. Updated kitchens that are well stocked. The beach access is good, although relatively small, room was never an issue. The staff was excellent, very friendly and attentive. I will definitely be visiting again, and would highly recommend staying here.
This property is well maintained. Rooms are spacious. The pool and bbq area is very nice for family time, specially with kids We had an issue in this property. We were originally placed on the second floor and our two kids were running at 8:30 pm The neighbors downstairs knocked the door complaining that they had a baby and they were having a hard time sleeping their baby. We definitely understood the inconvenience and had our kids stop running, so the situation was controlled. Next day in early in the morning we went to the office requesting to be changed to another room in the first floor in order to avoid disturbing other people. However the person that was in the front desk (Judy) was not willing to help at all. She put all kind of excuses (one after another) in order to avoid solving the issue. She did everything with a big smile in her face, very unprofessional, kind of hypocrite. She even want us to pay $80 of cleaning fees if we move to another room. The hotel had at least three rooms available in the first floor. I had to asked her for her supervisor’s phone number, which she did not gave it to me until an hour latter trying to charge us $80 for the cleaning fees. All of this, claiming that her supervisor was the one saying that. When I call her supervisor (Christy) and explained the situation, she told me that Judy just sent her an email asking how much to charge for the cleaning fee. Christy solved the issue having Judy offering us another room without the fee.

the beach is less than a block, the hotel is very nice, as seen in the photos, you see it in reality, I recommend it 100%
Quiet place, close to the beaches, good provision of clean beach’s towels. The big issue we found is that upon arrival the toilet sit was dirty and with hairs
