Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Oliver on the Entertainment Team made our days great. High energy and always in a good mood.

The resort was really nice! We loved Vivi with the entertainment group. My daughter had a lot of fun with her and her coworkers. The bar staff did a great job keeping our cups full and Clever at the Rendezvous bar in the lobby was incredibly attentive and funny.

This resort was an amazing family experience. Everyone had a fun time and would come back again. It was such a nice balance of activity and relaxation - just what was needed for a vacation. The resort staff were very friendly and the environment was very safe.

We had an excellent stay at this Dreams Riviera Maya. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my daughters allergies, which truly made a difference for us. Everyone was knowledgeable, attentive, and proactive in ensuring meals were safe. The chefs and servers took the time to make separate meals and we always felts save and comfortable. Highly recommend this resort, especially for travelers with nut allergies. Shutout to: Hector, Oscar, Anahi, Jonathan, Francisco, Antonio, Valeria, Jesus, Cisneros!

We took a second trip this year to visit friends in Mexico. we wanted a resort close to their condo. Dreams was it. What we discovered was a getaway that far exceeded our expectations in almost every way. The staff are outstanding. We can only mention a few but I a sure that it is consistent throughout the resort. Thanks to Alfredo who greeted us late at night. Aaron who took care of every detail at the preferred club. Special thanks to Estella, (Super) Mario, and Enrique at the seaside Grill who started each breakfast with sun and smiles. Thank you to Manuel at Bourdeau who made 2 special evenings for us. And lastly - Thank you to Erik at the Preferred Club beach who made each day extra attentive - along with Santiago. We chose the Preferred Club and were happy with that decision. Our room had a great view south, on the top floor, facing out from the hotel. This helped with any evening music/noise. The week was delightful. We usually stay at Adults Only locations over the past 10 years - but Dreams showed us how positive a family atmosphere can be. Thanks! Well done.

A beautiful, clean property with an incredible events schedule, lots of delicious food, and surprisingly good cocktails. Uzzy, Vivi, Marcus, Erik, and Clever were amazing staff members.

I honestly can not say one positive thing our group enjoyed or loved. Cold food, this place does not scream Mexico, hard beds, the front desk staff were nice but not willing to show customer service and helping guest with resolutions to issues that arose. I really am disappointed in spending a ton of money on a 1 star stay

Dreams Riviera is a beautiful resort! The staff though is the best part about the resort. They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and make sure you are having a wonderful time. Sargassum was heavy but the clean up crew were great with keeping it cleaned up the best they could. I will say the best part was the entertainment staff! We weren’t able to swim in the ocean much and didn’t want to leave the resort with our kiddos and the entertainment staff was wonderful. Xemina was lovely as well as Vivi. Our favs though had to be Karla, Oliver and Jonathan!! They did such an incredible job making us feel comfortable and giving our family the best experience with all the activities! Making bracelets each morning and doing aqua Zumba! I’m a fitness instructor and learned a thing or two from watching Oliver teach those Zumba classes! Even people who weren’t into doing classes like that had a blast!! Absolutely love that Jonathan was patient with all my kiddos requests and even called them by their names! The resort for sure has winners with those 3! But all the staff and bartenders were great, especially at the preferred bar down by the beach. The food we tried was excellent. Mainly did the buffet since there were so many options and also the grill by the pools was fabulous! The only reason why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 was because of the room layout. Unfortunately we did not like or even understand the layout. The view from our balcony was amazing but there wasn’t much privacy for the bathroom. No doors to the bathroom and the door to the toilet was just frosted glass that you could still see thru. Very weird. Also not much storage for a family of 4. Maybe for 2 people but that’s it. Thank you Dreams for a wonderful experience! Ohhh and if you have a medical issue, the doctor on site is so amazing!! We unfortunately had to call her and she came quickly to our room and took care of our sick daughter who had trouble breathing. She was a lifesaver!
