I liked the resort cleanliness especially, the spa and gym were also great.

The food! It's Mexico, so I expected more well seasoned dishes. All but 1 dish is ate was bland with little to no flavor, like the chefs cater to a ''specific' group of people. I also didn't like the accommodations that were barely made for my sister's birthday. It took them until late in the evening to bring her a"Happy Birthday" slice of cake to the room, and we received NO banner like other people who were celebrating.

The staff were all amazing.

The rooms and bathroom style set up was not conducive to families and having any level of privacy. And the extra charge the hotel charges for a child even though booking had our correct information and we paid for three people.

"Restaurants aren’t available"

It was nicely decorated

Most of the restaurants were not open or available to guests. They closed them for weddings every single day I was there. One day, there were three weddings so so restaurants were really scarce unless you wanted to eat at the buffet. Also, it’s very hard to get a beach towel. We waited several hours to get beach towels although we were at the stand as soon as it opened.
