Hotel bed was nice

Staff was not good actually when I book the room there blockage in sink of bathroom so I told to staff clear immediately ASAP they told okay sir we will do when I coming back to hotel again is not clear I told three shifts staff person's.AC is not working good ,our problem is listing but they Didn't clear waste maintenance and when I was check out of that time I asked again why did you clear this issue they told busy and they told may be part issue sir what they think I don't know I never recommend this hotel

Немного далеко от транспорта, ремонт местами нужно обновить, но ничего критичного

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are large and decorated in classical style.

The minibar fridge didn't work. There was a phone in the room that didn't work. There was a kettle but no teaspoons or cups. Shower spray was so fine and strong it hurt my skin.

"Quiet location and reasonable price"

Reasonable prices, quiet street near tram and metro stations, 24-hour store "Spar" nearby, friendly staff, tidy room

Poor choice of food for breakfast, no power outlets by the beds, no extra pillows and other little things that don't meet the 4-star standard.
