المنتجع كديكور وموقع وإطلالته جميل جدا وسعره رائع وتعامل الموظفين كان لطيف وأكثر شي أعجبني الاطلاله على نهر الشلال وأصحى من النوم على صوت الماء والطبيعه The resort's decor, location and view are very beautiful, its price is great, the staff's treatment was nice, and what I liked most was the view of the waterfall river, and I woke up to the sound of water and nature.

الغرفه نظيفه ولكن أرجو الاهتمام في نظافة الغرفه أكثر لتكون نظافة عميقه وأيضا العزل في الغرف متوسط ولا يوجد ثلاجه في الغرفه The room is clean, but I hope you pay more attention to cleaning the room so that it is deeply cleaned. Also, the insulation in the rooms is average, and there is no refrigerator in the room.

The location of the property, the ambience, the hospitality of staff members, the food, and the Ayurvedic massage center were excellent. There's no elevator in the property, so if you are travelling with individuals who have difficulty walking, you must ask for a room on the ground floor.

Even though negligible, I couldn't find any lift. If there is a lift available It would be appreciated and helpfull for guest over 50+ age

The place is kept very clean and tidy. Very good and perfect hotel for a family stay. The staffs are very polite as well.
