Petit déjeuner varié mais beaucoup de produits de qualité moyenne saucisses jambon café. Si on voulait un bon café c était en supplément

"I will not return to this hotel."

Nothing !! and I don't ever say that about any hotel, believe me I have stayed in a lot, but this one was bad for many reasons.

On registering the staff explained nothing, just gave us a piece of paper to read, no mention where dinner or breakfast would be served, no mention about needing to book, nothing. We wanted to use the Spa hence the reason for choosing this hotel, when we went to go we were told it closes at 6pm, plus you must book in advance and you need to pay a fee just for the use of the wet areas, we arrived just gone 5pm. As an older couple we were given a room facing the kids playground. No net curtains on the floor to ceiling windows & glass door so everyone walking by could see into your room, so no privacy ! We went to eat in the bar, placed our order very clearly, waited 30 mins for our drinks & received the wrong food, instead of a chicken burger we got beef.... We received no apology from the waiter who took the order incorrectly. The only saving grace was the Barman who offered us 25% discount off the incorrect meal & a free glass of wine for the long delays. I found the staff very unfriendly, indifferent and showing no concern for you as a paying guest. I could not believe that this was the same hotel that I had read all the good reviews about, to me something just did not add up.
