Villa 2 Bedrooms with private pool at Oriental Nai Harn

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff, both at reception and room cleaning team. The property was brilliant, quality furnishings, spotlessly clean, really comfortable, and the private pool was amazing. The property is within walking distance of shops, bars, cafes, so well positioned.

The villa was great size, pool was absolutely amazing and big. Cleaning was spot on and security stuff were amazing and very helpful .

Bed was uncomfortable to the point of huge back pain, they did try to change it but it was not a huge improvement. It’s a pity that such a nice villa doesn’t have comfy bed. Our check in was terrible as we didn’t got check in instructions on time even though I messaged property twice in advance day before. By the time they replied we already landed in Thailand and was not able to view it due to luck of Internet so we end up under rain at the wrong property based on name stated on booking and got to correct property super late. They took deposit from you on arrival and at checkout they check villa after you leave the property to release the deposit - we came to reception and left fully packed bags at villa to take breakfast and asked them to check the room while we have breakfast and been tald that we have to take our bags out so they can check it when we no longer can return to the room making us feel like we will steal something last minute. Honestly we traveled the world and stayed at many villas and never seen this system! It’s not the way to treat your villa guests or any guests they need a better system.

The villa looks so nice , the staff there so friendly and helpful. It's very private for those going as couple . Definitely will go there again
