The aircon was so loud at the first night we stayed in. After we spoke to the staff they kindly moved us to another room. They were very friendly and helpful and the villa was so comfortable too.

"the service was upstanding"

the staff was very helpful. they let us use the main pool while we were waiting to the check in, as we arrive earlier and we were tired from our trip, once we did the check out we wanted to enjoy the city a little bit more as our flight was at noon so they keep our luggage until late

the cleaning, and the privacy of the place as the area was quiet
