Staying at Basant Vihar was the worst experience and staff was rude and not at all co-operative. The breakfast menu was pathetic with no variety and Aloo Bhaji served was of previous day and smelling. When I complained to co-ordinator & manager, there was no polite response from him. After multiple calls, no water was served in the room. I won't recommend this hotel who do not value customer service.
