The Mandore - a leafy resort

What a wonderful little hidden gem in Jodhpur! We loved everything about the place and the hospitality. The trees, the charming little tables and, of course, rooms - our stay at Mandore was perfect. To add to this, the food was absolutely amazing.

Place could be a little hard to find. However, they do a good job at directing you once you're in Mandore.

It’s a Beautiful leafy green property, all rooms are around a well tended garden, staff is very helpful. Rooms are large, comfortable beds and clean

All was good

We had two very nice days at the Mandore. The staff was very welcoming, pro-active and helpful and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel garden is beautiful and there are many nice spots to read a book or just enjoy watching the birds.

The mattress was a bit hard and the window at the sofa could be opened completely, which might be a safety concern when traveling with smaller kids.

The concept of a lush garden within the resort was unique! We paid Rs. 11,363 for the room with extra bed and breakfast included for 2 nights. The breakfast was basic but very tasty! Special mention for the staff who are always there to help. Special mention also for the glass water bottles instead of plastic. The parking is adequate and at a nice area next to the resort. The hot water quality was good. WiFi adequate. The pet Alsatian - Happy - a very quiet dog who comes to greet you when you arrive and see you off when you leave!

The room and bathroom were rundown by and not adequately lighted. The bathroom just had one dim light with 2 other lights not working. The bathroom accessories were very ordinary. The main bedroom A/C was fixed set for 25 degree temperature. We couldn’t lower the temperature. All the plug points were rundown. The entrance to the resort is through a bad quality narrow and muddy road. In fact we had difficulty in locating the resort through google maps. Finally everything inside the resort is dusty. And they are not adequately cleaned to remove the dust. We literally had to tell the staff to clean the dusty table and sofa provided outside our room.

The rooms are super big, the bathroom as well. The room is very clean. Service is awesome, family atmosphere, as small hotel and hotel personal works for long int he hotel. Breakfast and dinner amazing! The pool area is also inviting.
