An extremely disappointing hotel. There are only a few positives: a supermarket next to it, a bus stop within a 3-minute walk, and a 12:00 check-out.

The hotel barely deserves 2 stars; I have no idea by what criteria it got 4 stars. It is unreasonably expensive. On the first day of my stay, the only available receptionist spoke very poor English—I had to translate my questions into Polish using ChatGPT. The room is tastelessly furnished, with thin, poor-quality pillows, a worn-out mattress, an unstable and weak Wi-Fi connection, and somewhat low water pressure in the shower. The window can only be opened in tilt mode, and you even have to climb onto the bed to open it. They do not respond to messages. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to extend my stay in Kraków, so I booked this hotel just one day in advance. They did not reply for more than 10 hours regarding early check-in or late check-out. I had to repeat my request—still no response. In the end, someone from my previous hotel had to call them; only then did they respond, and later also on the platform. By then, it was far too late for me to arrange an early check-in. The location is far from the city center; although there are many bus lines, each individual line runs infrequently, typically every 20–30 minutes. The sidewalk near the stop is damaged, making it difficult to reach the hotel with luggage. The next day, there was a receptionist at the desk who spoke fluent English, which was a relief.
