Sehr schön und sehr nette und liebe leute

Non mi è piaciuto il parcheggio privato, che in realtà è al 6°piano di un parcheggio a pagamento SENZA ASCENSORE..... Problemi anche nel reperire un taxi tramite l'albergo... Ho aspettato mezz'ora e rischiavo di fare tardi ad una Cerimonia per la quale appositamente ero arrivata a Tunisi

This is not a 4 star hotel. Staff are rude and not at all helpful. They delayed our check in by over and hour and claimed there was no booking made, even though it was. They refused to contact the agent on our behalf even though they weren’t busy (at all) and were huffing snd puffing each time the agent tried to call them to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, the place was falling apart and was not clean. No basic facilities in the rooms (i.e. kettle, coffee, minibar etc), the fridge was old and not working properly. The only good thing is they had hot running water 👍😅 Wont be going back there in a hurry.

Bonne situation non loin à pied de la médina et du Bd principal "Habib Bourguiba", proximité quasi immédiate de restaurants, pizzeria, cafés, salons de thé,...personnel très attentionné et professionnel

Not a good experience

Everything was dusty , the pillows are old and dirty , the toilet basically broken
