the hotel location-proximity to the train station and cab/ taxi pick/drop off was reliably accessible the entrance was beautiful. I wasn't told about any amenities though I wish I would have been informed.

the overall size of the room I stayed I did not have nearly enough space and the bed was not as comfortable. There should have been more pillows available. When I inspected the bathroom there was a body hair in-between the door seal and the floor.

ツインルームに友達と2人で宿泊しました。 部屋がコンパクトで無駄がなく、清潔感もあり良かったです。 2人で気持ちよく泊まれました。 朝食もちょうどいい規模で過不足なく全ておいしかったです。 おかげさまで良い旅になりました。 ありがとうございました😊

Breakfast was really good with plenty to suit all tastes. The location is optimal being a mere five minutes walk from Tachikawa Station and all local attractions. The hotel was spotless and modern, the staff were very kind and attentive. It's a real gem.

I could not find anything to dislike. I'm 6 foot 3 and slept really well in a comfortable bed.

今回は　味スタでのライブ参加後の宿泊で利用しました ホテルは立川駅に凄く近く　道には迷わずホテルに着けます チェックインはフロント脇に端末があり　困らず手続きできました 少し手続きにつまっても　フロントの方よりサポートがあり　スムーズにできます 端末が苦手な方などは　対面チェックインもできますので安心です チェックアウトも端末で案内通りにすれば　すぐに終わりました ホテル内にセブンイレブンがテナントで　1階にあるので何かと助かります ただ夜中は　ホテル内より直に行けない 時間があります だけど　ホテルの入り口でたら　すぐ横にセブンに行けますので　困りません あと　朝食付きの宿泊でした 和食と洋食がちょうどいい品数があり　大抵のかたは満足されるのではないでしょうか 今回の利用は　私たちはとても快適に過ごせました またライブの際などで利用したいです
