Staff service is not up to the mark. Toilet stinks. The furniture is old and needs maintenance. Food is not extraordinarily tasty even though it is priced on the higher side.

the hotel was worst quality. the services provided were of third grade. It’s shameful that they’re calling this a hotel and not a dharamshala. they charged us close to 6000/- per day and the hotel was not worth 1000 bucks. Even the service provided by Booking.com was not good. Immediately on reaching the location I called up your staff for changing the room, the hotel or a refund so that I can make arrangements in some other hotel but, the lady who assisted us with the first call never reverted back. she told me to reply the mail with the horrific photographs of the filthy hotel. I did the same but thereafter there was no response. This was my honeymoon trip just after marriage which was totally ruined because of this horrific experience. I expect a speedy reply to this mail and full compensation. I have been a esteemed customer of booking.com from past 5 years. but this experience has turned me hostile against you.

I didn’t like anything about the hotel. The view was pathetic. some garbage yard was visible from my room. The location was poor. It was located inside the narrow gallows of the old city. The washrooms were dirty and Unhygienic. The bed sheets were torn with cigarette marks. The furniture’s were like 50 years old and pathetic condition. It seemed that this hotel needs to go for renovation immediately. The staff was untrained and I’ll mannered. They didn’t know how to speak to a lady ( my wife). I can go on for hours for this horrendous experience.
