"Redelijk."

De locatie, het eten en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Het eten was echt goed. Als je boekt kun je beter het dinerbuffet erbij boeken. Scheelt ongeveer 10 euro per persoon per dag.

De kamer was redelijk gedateerd en het zwembad. Lag mooi, de bedjes hadden geen kussens en er waren geen parasols. Verder hadden we een boot gehuurd met een kapitein (jonge jongen) voor ongeveer 115 euro. De Jongen heeft bijna niets gezegd en zat voortdurend op zijn telefoon te kijken. Hij kon best varen maar is niet geschikt om toeristen te begeleiden. Het was een prachtige boot, maar ik zou adviseren om in Alleppey een dergelijke boot te huren. Er zijn er genoeg en waarschijnlijk een stuk goedkoper.

Friendly staff

It was dated. No organisation, training of staff. The pool area was never cleaned, glasses & items never removed. The sun beds were unbearable, made of steel & ply wood, so uncomfortable.

Views of the lake, swimming pool. staff were friendly.

Hotel is tired and in need of freshening, cracked tiles, flaking paint, broken gym equipment, dirty gatehouse cabin and sunset viewpoint. Also, feels like arriving at a barbed wire compound.
