Overpriced, no facilities. No water in rooms, we got late by 2 hours, toiletries were cheap. Staff unresponsive.

We needed a place to stay on short notice due to a flight cancellation. This was an excellent option that, at the price point, was superior to similarly priced places in the walled city. The room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom came with a shower cabin (a major bonus), we could pay with a card (important when short on cash), and the rooftop restaurant was very nice - the food was fresh and well prepared. The staff was excellent, hospitable but not intrusive.

The place is run by a family, amazing hospitality. Staff is so warm and welcoming. It has great terrace restaurant which has great view to the Jaisalmer fort. I will highly recommend this place.

Amazing Hotel in Jaisalmer! I would say one of the bests in the region/city. Starting with the amazing staff & owner (Fifu) who have always helped us with everything we needed during our stay. The staff is indeed very helpful and genuine, there are no second intentions here. Fifu who speaks different languages always made sure we were having a good time at the hotel. The hotel is very clean, staff is always cleaning everything and it smells super well like a fresh and nice smell, you can really see and feel everything is very clean. Rooms are very comfortable and very well decorated! Super clean as well, no exception. We really loved the environment and once again the how helpful the staff and owner were. The hotel has an amazing rooftop, with a fantastic view over the fort, amazing view and environment in the sunsets. We always had dinner at the hotel and the food is home made and very delicious! Breakfast is very good as well. If you go to Jaisalmer we highly recommend you to stay here at Hotel Fifu, we really had a good time. When we were leaving/checking out, Fifu offered us some souvenirs of the region, amazing attitude, we really appreciated. Thank you so much for everything, we had an amazing time!

Everything was fine !

This is by far the best stay we have had in India. The room was very nice and clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant had excellent food a great view and was affordable. The owner personally gave us recommendations on areas to see in the city and places to shop to find the local goods we were interested in such as sheets and clothes. The owner went above and beyond even past the day our reservation had ended. The rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were very well looked after and highly recommend staying here to anyone going to Jaisalmer.

This is a wonderful to stay. Excellent in all respects. Fifu and his family and staff are friendly, helpful and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this Hotel. FANTSTIC!
