Inexpensive, clean and comfortable

Overall cleanliness was adequate. The room did have a musty smell, maybe an air freshener would have helped. The continental breakfast should be described more as leftovers or what is available in the pantry. There was no creamer, when asked the host explained that they ran out but then the next day, there was still no creamer. I’m not a germaphobe but there was a gallon of milk to use amongst all guests instead of individual milks for cereal or to put in coffee. Small changes could make this place much more of a great place to stay. There were full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and lotion but no body wash.

Perfect for my solo stay to work at a fundraiser up there. Comfortable, included several breakfast items, great location right on Tahoe Blvd.

2nd room was much better, in the back corner away from the main traffic touted.

Upon checking in asked for a room if possible away from the traffic noise so she said we could have a room at the building next door. It was right along the road of a major residential area with intermittent traffic? The 2nd room was okay but had overgrown weeds out the bedroom window. The clerk on Sunday morning was quite cold and very unhelpful.

Clean, good location, large bathtub, bed was fine, TV worked and the breakfast had waffles.

Longer pillows might be nice.

Truly one of the most run down and dirty hotels. We felt pretty unsafe here. Rooms don’t get cleaned. Ceiling are covered in black mold which is painted over (peeling paint). Pictures show open room and fireplace but there are no fireplaces. Room so small when you open door it almost hits the bed. Literally had burned down car in parking lot.

The rooms are tiny for two queen beds with no corner space to walk. The bathroom is terribly designed. The shower area is very small with no proper arrangement for keeping the bath soap or shower gel.Even though the rooms were renovated last year, its not up to the mark. Definitely not recommended for four adults. The room is big enough for one king bed. The mattress is worn out. Breakfast spread is pathetic. They should not advertise as full continental breakfast when they only provide bread, butter and waffle and burnt coffee. Will not stay again for sure!

Front desk did not care. Awful at hospitality. Tv didn’t work, no one showed to fix it. Thin walls Moved me to another room that wasn’t cleaned. Delayed my vacation by about an hour and a half. Had to reset my optimism about vacationing at a lake area where hospitality is amiss.
