We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. A very comfortable and hospitable hotel. The rooms are spacious and the staff are very friendly and cooperative and are willing to help you out. The food also is excellent and the Buffet spreads are elaborate. It is also centrally located and all the main shopping is located nearby. I would prefer another stay at this hotel and have already recommended this hotel to many friends & relatives.

Cost effective and easy city accessible city location. Though it was stated that free wifi on booking, I was only provided 1 hour !

Hotel is located at the heart of the city. Reasonably maintained well. Staffs are helpful and supportive. It has a good restaurant and a coffee shop.

No frills hotel. Had its glory few years back. Fading but trying to recover. For the price it was a great stay. Rooms are basic but fairly clean and comfortable. Linen was clean. Food was excellent and the breakfast menu could not be faulted. Staff was courteous. A good place to stay for this price in the heart of Ernakulam. I will definitely return.

The hotel is an old one in Cochin. I booked 6 rooms in the hotel and had guests scheduled to arrive at different times including 2 rooms for a 330AM arrival. I paid whatever was due at the hotel before 12PM, and arranged for a check in. When I went to recheck everything the hotel staff and sold my room to someone else because I had told them that my guests for 2 rooms would arrive only at 3.30AM. They asked me to tell my guests to stay in a non-ac room and then shift after an hour and without even offerring me a compensation for double selling a room I had booked. It was trouble from minute one - the staff at the reception was totally unaware of expedia booking details. They refused to write down name of guests I had allotted each room to and asked me to change it online. I had to visit the hotel twice before the actual stay to settle everything in.

One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. The only thing amusing about this place was their catch phrase; "Nobody knows you Better!" Well if they knew us they would know that we liked cleanliness, edible, safe food, polite helpful staff and to expect a service that was boasted on their website. We booked this hotel for a few days before moving to Southern Kerala. Within a few days of our stay we developed scabies. Our room was dirty, tired and shabby. The pillows, sheets and mattresses were badly stained and grubby. When we complained, we were "upgraded" to a suite which turned out to be just a larger version of the grubby room we were in before. We were kept awake by the noisy A/C from a neighbouring room. When the noise became intolerable in the small hours, we called reception and the duty manager moved us to room number 3. By now we had ugiven up on unpacking our suitcases. We awoke in a back room overlooking at close proximity the cooling system of the hotel, but at least the constant trickle of water was soothing. Staff were often rude, spoke very little English and were unhelpful. The manager was patronising and obviously didn't put his customers first at all. One evening we had turned in, putting the Do Not Disturb sign on our door, when at almost midnight there was a knock at the door. It was a member of staff asking if we wanted our twin beds pushing together! Breakfast was terrible. Tables weren't laid up for the morning, dirty table linen, lukewarm food.

Overall it was a pleasant stay, didn't find anything to complaint about, I would go again as and when required.

The location is quite good for business travelers. Hotel is quite good and affordable.

Courteous, helpful staff and spacious rooms. An older building that has been decently maintained. Good local breakfast. One small elevator that is slow and gets crowded very quickly. Hotel my needs for an overnight stay.
