The front desk staff were exceptionally good.Ms.Gopika took us through the check in process politely and in a breeze. Stay was good and geriatric friendly as I was travelling with my aged parents,family & kids.The chef in charge was kind enough to keep tables booked for the dinner and served a sumptuous dinner. Keep up the good work.

Friendly staff and spacious rooms.

Everything was fine at the accommodation. But I tried to get help with taxi booking before arrival and the person who replied to messages at booking dot com app was not helpful at all. I was pretty stressed as they were reluctant to help me.
