The staff were lovely and kindly moved my room. It is pretty close to the ‘main’ stuff in Patong and I was given a great restaurant recommendation by the front desk.

I was originally assigned and adjoining room and the neighbours did not have inside voices. I was kindly moved to another room which had a really dirty sink. Bed in the first room was solid. Breakfast was mid. I ordered an ice latte to the pool at 11am and it didn’t arrive within half an hour. I went to reception to cancel it then to 7/11 to get one. 10 mins after I get back the drink arrives..

Staff and service was very good along with location.

The rooms look a bit run down and requires upgrade. Based on the cost, its overpriced. Also breakfast for vegetarians needs to be looked at and also variety for indian tourists is wanting for breakfast.
