The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room was really large, and the bed was super comfortable. There is a good gym within walking distance. Good price on the tour advertised in the hotel. Rooms were quiet.

The small rolls of toilet paper they always give, even when they give 2, are smaller than 1 normal roll. The shower water took a while to change after you changed the temperature. Also, the shower head was a bit clogged for us, so the water came out a bit weirdly. No fridge access because they don't allow outside food, so several times our leftovers from other places got wasted. Wi-fi was also not the best at times.

"La doble deluxe es para marajás"

El personal de recepción es agradable y te ayudan con lo que necesitas. Estuvimos en la doble-deluxe y era estupenda. Espaciosa, con una cama extra grande con dosel y un colchón muy cómodo, una ducha enorme y una terracita aceptable. Por 30€/noche está más que bien

J’ai adoré mon séjour à HR Palace, le personnel est très aimable, attentif et poli. Les chambres sont belles , spacieuses et très propres. Le ménage y fait tous les jours. La localisation est très agréable avec de nombreux établissements pour manger. Il y a même une supérette de 4 étages à côté ! J’ai tout aimé ! Je m’y suis sentie comme à la maison pendant une semaine ! Le rooftop est très agréable et la cuisine est très bonne !
