Hotel H R Palace

The rooms were large, clean, and washrooms were clean, functioning well too. The staff did arrange a room for us to freshen up, as we reqested a early check-in while booking. The facilities were up to date

During checkout, they mixed up one of our bags with some new incoming guest's luggage. The staff was not very keen to help immedietly, to find where they had put the bag, after a lot of insisting and follow up, they found who the bag was with.

Our stay was really Amazing, we were 14 people including kids, everyone liked the stay.

The place is well located. Courtyard and the interior is beautiful done. The room and bathroom was spacious. The staff were friendly. The room and bathroom that we we were given was very spacious.

We were given a room ather than the one we booked. The bathroom didn't look very clean and initially smelled a little musty. The flush tank was faded, the joint of comode to pipe was rusted and wasn't appealing. The closed restaurant didn't smell good, a slight bad odour. The worst was the common toilet that we used when we picked out luggage... Filthy if I may say so... soiled, stained and dried faeces. Basin was filthy too..
