The area was okay

I didn’t like thy couldn’t find my reservation. I didn’t like I had to wait 40 minutes after check in time. My room smelled like piss. The covers had crumbs before we even put our bags down. And the wait time for the elevator was ridiculous.

The sheets were nice and clean and Chris everything was clean

Everything was good but a little bit of towels would’ve been great

Friendly staffs,quite and peaceful place good breakfast clean

I didn’t like how we couldn’t balance the room temperature between the living room and the bedroom since the AC unit in the bedroom

The room I was given tv wasn’t working properly was told I would get a replacement tv then told it was to booked to give a replacement door handle popping out room want properly cleaned I booked for 2 nights was told if unhappy with room and decided to check out early will lose all money so I asked basically I’m forced to stay in a room I’m not happy with was told yes do to being busy and no rooms available and no refund ice holder still has ice in it from people before us can hear tv off and on picture will come in sometime WiFi is isn’t good most of cable channels don’t come through when it does try to work
