Location is convenient off I-95 exit. Free parking.

Elevator was not functioning and we were given a room on the third floor. The only option we were given was to keep the reservation without any discount or cancel the reservation. Given that it was Christmas night and were tired, we didn't have much of a choice but to stay there. The take it or leave it attitude from management did nothing to smooth the situation. The room smelled musty and the A/C vent was quite filthy. The shower doors are not level and both slide to one side so you can't keep the shower area completely enclosed. The shower ceiling paint is peeling off. The mattress is showing wear and needs to be replaced. Breakfast is quite disappointing but typical for the brand.

Rooms were modern and newly renovated. The lobby was clean and neat, but the floor tiles, although clean, need to be updated, as do the dining tables in the dining area. Also, the Christmas decorations look cheap and tacky. But they get an A for effort. That huge ice maker, I think it was, in a nook by the first-floor elevator needs to be removed to a less conspicuous area or eliminated.

The breakfast was simple, basic continental fare. Eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, potatoes, a selection of juices, muffins, bagels, tea, and coffee.

Welcome at property. Listened to our requirement of a low floor and easy access to amenities.

It was very clean love the decorations for Thanksgiving and it smelled real good The staff was excellent, very professional and made you feel welcome

I have no complaints. Loved everything.
