I was asked for a deposit for incidental fees and told it will return to my card in 3-5 business days and on the 6th business day I called to see why it hasn't returned only to get an answer that it was used for some other taxes in which that wasn't explained to me upon check-in

It was quiet!

It was kinda hard to get towels when we needed them & had trouble talking to some staff & we had to download an app on our phone to translate. They tried their best to understand & help. Also the lighting in the room wasn’t great.

Breakfast was awesome

Room wasn’t ready at check in. One of the bellclerk was very moody and snappy Room was dirty especially the carpet look like someone had vomit or something on the carpet it was just nasty
