Soudersburg Motel

The check in experience was not great as the woman at the counter was rude. They provided one tiny bar of soap and partially cleaned the rooms everyday. There was a pool but it was not open to use. The carpet in the room made my white socks filthy brown.

No soaps, shampoo, or conditioner in the bathroom. Tear in bedspread. Multiple flies in the room. Not all outlets worked.

Lots of rid raf hanging around the property. No handicap accessible rooms. Couldn’t even check j since we can’t get to room.

Clean quiet room

Decided to book a room based on numerous ratings of 10/10. Upon arrival we were the only guests at 6pm. Receptionist was sitting among bags of garbage, I asked to see the room. It was up two sets of steps, followed by a very steep, concrete ramp. It ended up being the farthest room in the building away from the office, with a local man working on a loud engine directly underneath us. Upon reviewing the ratings I realized there is a sequence of 10/10 ratings all paraphrasing the same things. I forfeited my nightly rental payment and declined the room.

It was very clean. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Price was great but hotel is very out dated. Poor wasn’t broken. There is a great place to eat across the street.

Property could use some up dating and more accessibility of owner/help.
