Not one thing. Did not stay. Infested with roaches and bed bugs.

Roaches everywhere along with bed bugs. Very rude staff they were never around. Wanted to charge me a penalty fee because I told them I wasn't staying and wanted a refund because of roaches and bed bugs. Never gave me my money or security deposit back. Currently fighting with them and booking.com

Front desk guy snorted at me when I did not know the license plate number (rental car). I offered to get it and was ignored. How hard is it to show a little politeness?
