I will never stay here again, i need a phone number i have been charged twice.

Easy stay but the room had no lights besides the bathroom area. And exterior light was flashing on off like i was next to a casino. Fairly clean and secure

It soap in room. And when went to ask for some was told in supply closet and locked. Then when left asked for a printed receipt and was told Booking.com would send me one

Everything was dirty, the sheets were stained with blood, there were mites in the beds, my whole body was itchy. I don't recommend sleeping there.

The room was full of dust, the receptionist received us in a bad way. It is the but place I have visited. They didn't return my deposit either. and the person who serves is a bit bad.

Bad customer service by lady who works in the morning .also nobody came to room for housekeeping while we stayed for 2 days.they didn't even came and ask us for new towels or trash bags or anything. When I went to office and spoke with lady and she said that she will send someone for cleaning nut nobody came until 6 pm and we finally checked out from that hotel and went to different location.not recommended at all

The lady was so rude when I complained about the first room I was allocated . She had to move me to different room. In the new room :No working TV , no microwave and the internet got disconnected after every 8 hours . It was an awful experience.

The front desk people we're rude. The room was listed as jon smoking however the bedding had burn marks in them. Roach bugs in the freezer in the room. No phones in the rooms. I wouldn't let my dog stay there. I do have pictures . We stayed because it was late and had no other options . We thought it would be ok because it was across from the airport. I would have blocked the payment if I had thought about it soon enough. That's how bad it was!!!
