"Very neglected property. Maintenance needs immediate attention. I would not recommend."

Our first was switched, the tube had a sink spot and made a loud noise when stepping in the center. I was afraid I would fall through. The second room was just as bad. By the time you finished showering you were standing in a foot of water. Pillow cases were dirty etc.

"Very good, just is really not pet friendly"

We had a very good experience and I would give 5 stars except for the fact that they really should not advertise as being pet friendly. We had a small dog and there was really not a good place to walk her. There was the right - of- way between the very busy road and the parking structure which was small and a two foot strip near a service road on the side of the hotel. Everything else was very good. The receptionist we dealt with , Sha-cha was exceptional and deserves a five star rating on her own merit.

Loved the breakfast! Pool was nice as well as the tiki bar for drinks. Also the workout room was nice as well

Elevators took a while at times….but that is to be expected
