La location è molto bella immersa nella natura, le stanze sono spaziose e pulite. Lo staff è cortese e disponibile. Il ristorante e accogliente e il cibo è davvero buono.

La stanza era molto umida ed il condizionatore nella funzione di riscaldamento non funzionava.

Die Lage ist hervorragend, mitten in einem natürlichen Dschungel. Das Hotel ist umgeben von Palmen und Gewürzpflanzen, Obst- und Kakaobäumen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Am Nachmittag ab 16 Uhr bietet das Hotel Kaffee - und Tee kostenlos an.

Die Zimmerreinigung kommt ab 15 Uhr- das ist eine ungünstige Zeit wenn man nach einem Ausflug zurück kommt und sich ausruhen möchte. Warmes Wasser läuft nur ca. 2 Minuten und dann muss man 15-20 Minuten warten bis wieder warmes Wasser kommt. Das Frühstück war für ein 5 Sterne Hotel nicht sehr vielfältig . Im Spa konnte man nur nacheinander Termine buchen weil es nur ein Raum und eine Therapeutin für die Damen vorhanden ist. Am Abend wird es sehr kalt in den Räumen ( Es regnete durchweg und die Temperaturen waren tagsüber maximal 23 Grad), erst nach dem ich gefragt habe, hat man mir einen kleinen Heizlüfter zur Verfügung gestellt- das gehört eigentlich zu einer Grundausstattung. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

The staff was very kind and helpful, thr idea of having room on the jungle kind of was very peaceful

The room was very low maintenance, ghe towels, sheets was very old ,and they haven't cleaned the room after the first night. This is really not 5 star hotel
