L’ambiance et la décoration

suite à une erreur sur booking.com, la plateforme m'indique qu'un remboursement n'est possible qu'au bon vouloir de l'hôtelier!, même hôtelier qui , lors du check out, se confond de regret de ne pouvoir faire quelque chose..mais bien sur, ne fait rien, cela est très dommageable pour cet établissement qui gagnerait sans doute beaucoup à avoir des politiques commerciales plus axées sur la clientèle que sur ses bénéfices.

Hôtel joliment décoré. Excellent petit déjeuner. Très pratique d'accès, près de la zone piétonne de Megève. Quartier calme. Excellent petit déjeuner. Personnel serviable.

Une petite bouilloire dans la chambre serait pratique. Mais nous l'avons demandée et obtenue immédiatement !
