Check-in is possible until 8:00 p.m. All requests for late arrival after 9:00 p.m. must be confirmed by the property. If you are traveling with pets, please note that an additional fee of EUR 25 per pet per night applies. The restaurant will be closed from September 1 to December 4, 2025, inclusive. For the winter season, the restaurant will be open every evening except tuesday and wednesday evening. Annual closing starting March 29th.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "Très mauvaise expérience"

Le patron se retranche derrière ses employés, et les chouchoute plus que ses clients (et son chien aussi, qui vient vous lécher les jambes quand vous êtes en peignoir). Pas d’en cas salé avec l’apéro avant 19h, après un massage à 120€, parce que le personnel est en train de manger. Pourtant il suffit d’avoir un bras et une main pour mettre un morceau de fromage dans une coupelle. Je l’aurais payé ! La veille j’avais demandé à annuler mon séjour. je suis tombée sur une réceptionniste arrogante, soutenue par la direction. La chambre est minuscule, pas même un siège ( à part un bloc de bois), ni un porte bagage. On est donc obligé de poser sa valise sur le lit. Souhaitons juste que personne n’amène de puces de lit. Seul élément réconfortant, la grande cheminée… et la masseuse ( extérieure à l’hôtel ) Le patron va vite apprendre qu’avec sa 4e étoile, il faut monter d’un cran dans le service, et que l’or blanc des montagnes ne lui est pas acquis.
