The staff were all lovely especially Sona as she went out her way to make sure everything went well.

I couldn’t find the gym.

Our trip to the Connaught was awesome. Great hotel! The location and atmosphere was awesome. The staff are super helpful, especially Anil who helped us book tickets to go to Agar. Anil is also handsome and my friend. The rooms are great with an awesome view! Will come back!

Our stay at The Connaught, New Delhi was, quite simply, one of those experiences that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. From start to finish, every detail felt intentional, every interaction warm, and every moment easy. It’s rare to find a place where everything just works—and here, it truly did. One of the things we appreciated most was how the team anticipated our needs, especially with our early morning tours. Without us needing to follow up or remind anyone, they thoughtfully prepared packed breakfasts so we could head out on schedule without sacrificing a proper meal. That kind of attentiveness made a huge difference. It wasn’t just about convenience—it felt like they genuinely cared about making our trip smoother and more enjoyable. The food, in general, deserves its own spotlight. The selection was incredible—varied, well-curated, and consistently delicious. Whether it was breakfast or any other meal, there was always something to look forward to. You could tell that quality and variety were not afterthoughts but a core part of the experience. The room itself was another highlight. Cleanliness was absolutely impeccable. Every corner, every surface, every detail felt well-maintained and fresh. It gave that sense of comfort you want when traveling—where you can fully relax because you trust the space you’re in. Housekeeping clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows. And then there’s Anil. Truly outstanding. His service went far beyond what you’d expect. He had this way of making everything feel effortless—always attentive, always kind, and always a step ahead. It’s one thing to provide good service, but it’s another to leave a lasting impression, and Anil definitely did that for us. What ties everything together is the consistency. It wasn’t just one good meal, one clean room, or one great interaction—it was all of it, all throughout our stay. That kind of reliability is what turns a good hotel into a great one. Without hesitation, this is a place we would come back to again and again. If we ever find ourselves in New Delhi, there’s no question—this is where we’re staying. Every time.

We were more than 3hs out of the hotel during the morning visiting old Dheli, and when we arrived really tired, the room had not been made yet. Then we also went to the pool, but nobady appeared to do the room. At the end of the afternoon, the hotel staff called offering to change thtowels.
