Pool area was very nice.

The rooms could do with a refresh. I stayed in 2 rooms over 5 nights and both were a bit dated.

Was very apprehensive about going to the hotel after reading the reviews. The reception area was bright clean and modern. The room was clean and spacious but needed updating especially the bathroom and kitchenette. We were just board basis so cannot comment on the food. The outside light was not working so was hard to see the lock to get into our room, we did mention in the first night , we were promised someone would come out to fix it, they never did. The only down side was a group of young lads on a stag do drinking round the pool, I have no objection to that we all like to have fun but it was the very colourful language and very loud at that. To say the hotel has lots of do's and don'ts staff did not care about the loudness and language and also the loud music they were playing. Nice walk to old town and found some nice restaurants. Beaches are amazing but be aware 2 sunbeds and a sun shade cost 21 euros. Also be aware the put put cars charge 10€ even if you go a short journey.

Over all the room are old and date dirty and need to be cleaned properly especially the balcony broken furniture. No electricity sockets in kitchen to pug in coffee machine. Had to change rooms after the first night the smell of the pipes the first night was absolutely disgusting. Did not enjoy my and over all it was very over priced for what I received. I won’t be returning.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping is checked daily. 24hrs night service gave that added security. Sea view has that WOWZ factor. I've reserved to return next year, God spare my life.

Bathroom tiles & bath fixtures are not secure & need updating Some cutlery was bent. The broken chair was rectified immediately as well as cleaning the stuff. Communal lighting needs more bulbs on the 6th floor by the lifts area.

Friendly staff. Good amenities and close to town.
