The room and view

The valets were extremely rude. The front desk staff was not fully trained and ended up charging my card $400 that was only suppose to be charged $150 for incidentals. The staff in the casino were very very uninformed and struggled to even tell me where an atm was.

Close to many shops

No elevator services. But I knew that going in so it’s not a big of a deal . But for others, it might be a deal breaker

"Always comfortable and a Great, great value."

Great value...always neat and clean with polite staff. I took the New Jersey Transit from Penn Station in New York City to the Avenel station..takes 45 minutes. I walked ten minutes thru nice neighborhoods to get to tue hotel. Third time I've been there. Great value compared to New York City rates.

No elevator for this two story building but one is being built and should be installed within one month.
