Scarborough Apartments

We stayed for one night (family of 5). Yes, old and worn, but it had everything we needed and is in a fantastic location. We will definitely stay again as the price is very good. We live in the country and come to Perth sometimes so it's great to know there's something functional and affordable for us. We have a toddler and we found it very easy for him- not too many things he could get into and destroy :)

I wasn't very happy as the bathroom window had no covering, so the apartment was freezing let alone cockroaches coming through the window (we killed a few).. The kitchen was covered in ants upon arrival, not very clean, shower water was cold. Just overall not very happy, we weren't expecting the best as it was cheap but still expected better than that.

Place was neat and tidy. Good facilities for price and lots of space.

Whilst the apartment was basic it was adequate for the five ladies who slept over while attending a conference. We all agreed we should have added a night just to enjoy the beach. It suited our needs well.

Dark, dirty, broken down, falling apart and revolting. Do not stay here!

The beds were very uncomfortable - no one in our appartment slept. One person got up at 2am to try sleep and sleep on the couch. The shower had very little pressure with hot water and only way to get pressure was to turn cold water on more and freeze. The parking outside our unit could only fit 3 cars, while others had to go park at the back of a building whilst going up a real tight, uphill, skinny driveway which had a drop off on the other side - really not suitable for large cars.

There were piles of dirt on the ground. Ants on the benches.

Food found on kitchen floor, used 'party' straw found in bedroom, sand in foldout bed, no rugs/doona on foldout bed, toilet hardly flushed, bathroom saturated after showering. Reception Staff helpful.

Has just been patched over the years very rough and none of the promised wifi unless you walked to the end of the street. Great cheap price but bottom end of the market.

The apartment was spacious and neat, we found ants were a problem on the first night and hung around the whole two days, beds were quite hard and the neighbours above us were noisy, moving furniture around late at night. The location was nice and overall for the price we paid we were happy and would stay again.
