"Very poor"

The pool towels

We had to switch out the room key over 10 times in our 2 night stay. There was only 6 chairs in pool area. Only one staff members showed any interest in the key not working. A/c made noises only worked when it wants to. Mini fridge also didn't have settings for temperature.

"Disappointed with latest stay"

We have stayed at this hotel a number of times the last time we stayed the pool was bath water warm so we figured we would book a room again only to find the pool was like ice water even the hot tub wasnโ€™t very warm I am guessing about 90 degrees wish we would have known this before we took the room would have stayed elsewhere.

When we first got there we got out in a room that I didnโ€™t book! Then after awhile she called the room and said we could move to the room I had booked but originally she said it wasnโ€™t ready and not cleaned but then when I came downstairs to get the new keys for the room she told me it was double booked and people who book through Expedia are the last people picked which Iโ€™ve never had an issue booking through Expedia. When we got to the room there was no trash bags in any of the garbage cans there was no toilet paper the shower and the job tub were very gross. So at that point we just cleaned it our selves and to top it off when I wanted to shower the shower and toilet barely worked! So the experience could have definitely been better!

Dining selections were limited, especially if staying several days. It was -22 so eating in was more attractive than going out. Food was good just wish there were more dinner choices! Staff were awesome! The phone in my room was caked in dust donโ€™t think it had been cleaned in a long time. Mattresses donโ€™t fit bed frames which was odd. All in all a quiet stay with polite and responsive staff.

"a stop on our way to the NP's"

We stopped in Fargo on our way to the NP's and other sights. The property worked well for us allowing for a good night's rest in a comfortable room. Also there are many options near the property for quick meals and an early morning grab and go, to hit the road
