Gostei da educação dos funcionários e da limpeza do local

A hospedagem foi boa, porém fiquei decepcionado com um detalhe. Antes da chegada, informei que estávamos comemorando nosso casamento e o hotel respondeu dizendo que providenciaria um mimo especial para a hospedagem. Isso acabou criando uma expectativa em nós, mas quando chegamos não havia nada preparado nem qualquer explicação sobre o assunto. Entendo que imprevistos acontecem, mas acredito que prometer algo e não cumprir acaba prejudicando a experiência. Tirando isso, a estadia foi tranquila.
